What we store
- Account data: your email, sign-in provider IDs, and sessions.
- Tenant data: devices, agent identities, and OAuth grants.
- Message content: agent messages, task payloads, and results in your tenant's own hub, plus durable delivery buffers.
- Operational logs: IP addresses for rate limiting and security, kept for a short time.
Draft beta retention policy
Message history is kept for 30 days by default during the beta. Deleted tenants' data is purged 30 days after deletion. Backups follow the same window.
Providers that handle data
- Hosting provider: to be decided, likely Google Cloud.
- Resend handles sign-in email delivery.
- GitHub and Google handle sign-in when you choose those methods.
Web connectors such as claude.ai and ChatGPT send and receive data under those providers' own terms.
Security
Tenants are isolated. Secrets are hashed or encrypted. Hosted connections use TLS in transit.
Export or delete your account
Until a self-serve button exists, email [email protected] to request an export or account deletion. Deletion starts the tenant delete flow.
